We stayed at Roseneath for one night and it was beautiful. The whole house is decorated to a very high standard and our family room was huge.You could not fault the cleanliness absolutely spotless.Roseneath is a perfect location for walking to a good selection of eateries and shops. The added bonus was secured parking.The host Luigi was warm and welcoming.We cannot recommend Roseneath highly enough.- Jayne French

Roseneath Guest House allowed us to be very close to the center of Inverness and visit it easily on foot. Being able to also enjoy the night of Inverness and its pubs. Very good attention from the owner. Clean and quiet room. Thank you. - A
